It all started by trying to improve the efficiency at Fidel’s Cafe and ended up landing owners Roger & Potti serious juice habits and a new business.

The cold press method finely shreds fruit and vegetables and then slowly presses them to extract the juice, along with most of the vitamins, minerals and living enzymes leaving the fibre behind.
With half a kilo of organic produce pressed into each 250ml serving, cold pressed juice is a delicious way to introduce a broad range of micronutrients in one glass.
