Superman 101

How to get the most out of Superman if you’re drinking it for more than enjoyment.

First and foremost keep it chilled and drink it fresh. The nutrient content of anything fresh starts to diminish as soon as it's cut/picked from the ground. Superman is good for 7 days from press date, but if you’re drinking it for the small stuff then fresh is best.

Carrots and Turmeric both have valuable nutrients that are fat soluble. This means for the body to absorb and use these nutrients (Curcumin and Beta-carotene) you’re best to consume these with a fat - plant based of course. If you’re drinking the juice on its own try adding a splash of oil or 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds and giving it a good shake/stir between sips. Or if you’re having juice with a meal then avocado, nuts, oil or tahini will all improve the bioavailability of the micronutrients.

To make Superman even more super try adding our turmeric shot to it - it's ...grams of turmeric, 15ml of hemp seed oil and finely crushed black pepper all put together to help one another make it into your bloodstream where your body can use it best.
